If you think you've been the victim of fraud or you are worried about suspicious activity on your account, or have received account opening documents for an account you have not applied for, please talk to us.

Reporting a scam or fraud to the Police
If you believe you have been the victim of fraud, you should also report this to the Police. You may wish to check your credit file to understand if any fraudulent credit has been taken out in your name.
You can also report scams or fraud to Action Fraud by calling 0300 123 2040.
