These rules start from the day you open your account, and if they ever say different things, the Product Special Conditions will be the ones that count.

Changes: Effective from 1st July 2023
We’ve made some updates to these terms and conditions following our merger with Newcastle Building Society on 1st July 2023.
Some good news
From 9th January 2024, we’ve removed the £20 CHAPS payment fee. That means there’s no longer any charge for CHAPS payments from your Manchester Building Society savings account.
